Okay, I know it's weird that my very first post is about deodorant. After all, this is supposed to be a blog on beauty products. However, I think that grooming necessities fall under the whole "beauty product" category. And since a girl's gotta have her deodorant why not find one that you like, possibly love?
Which leads me to Secret's new "Flawless Touch" deodorant/anti-perspirant. Now I must admit, Secret has a special place in my heart because that was my very first brand of deodorant. I started using it at the ripe old age of 9 (is that considered young, old? I have no idea...anyways...)
Since then I have tried countless brands and the many incarnations of good 'ole Secret. I must say though, I am pretty impressed with "Flawless Touch". I mean, I am a pretty sweaty girl. I am not one of those chicks that stays all dainty and dry all day long. If it is hot out, nine times out of ten I am gonna get a bit funky. Therefore, I need a good,strong deodorant.
I've been wearing this for about a week and so far it keeps me fresh through the day. The whole "aquacurrent" technology must work(whatever that is.) It also smells really good(I have it in "Refreshingly Floral".) Oh, and it doesn't give me any weird rashes. All pluses in my book. I don't know if the "Olay" moisturizer is doing anything special for me though. I still would give it an 8 out of 10. I still haven't found the Holy Grail of deodorants, but until I do this wil definitely do.
